KUWAIT CITY, Nov 4: The Cybercrime Department of the Ministry of Interior tracked down and arrested an unidentified Asian for stealthily photographing women in public places and markets, but it was not long before he exposed himself by posting clips in one of his accounts, reports Al-Rai daily. A security source said the arrest came after the department received a complaint from a Kuwaiti.
