KUWAIT CITY, Aug 27: The Ministry of Interior arrested an Asian expat in Ahmadi Governorate who used to run a liquor factory by refilling imported liquor bottles with locally manipulated alcohol in his apartment. He has been referred to the competent authority to take legal action against him.
