KUWAIT, Aug 31: Several people have sustained minor to moderate injuries in an explosion caused by gas installations at a restaurant in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi, on Monday.
According to Emirates News Agency (WAM), Abu Dhabi police responded to a gas explosion that took place at a building on Rashid bin Saeed Street, as they rushed to the spot and safely evacuated the residents of the building.
The injured have been transferred to hospital for treatment, a source was quoted as saying (KUNA)
