KUWAIT CITY, Dec 24: The General Department of Customs said three of its employees had acquired jobs on the strength of forged certificates, reports Al-Qabas daily.
The daily added, one of the employees was holding a secondary school certificate attributed to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia while the two others were holding degrees in law allegedly issued by a university in Cairo.
In response to a parliamentary inquiry, it was said the forgery cases were discovered by Ministry of Higher Education and General Department for Education in the Ministry of Education. Legal action has been initiated against the forgers.
