27 Expats arrested at Friday market, Nepali arrested for indecent act

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 29: A security campaign at Friday Market resulted in arresting 27 expats for violating residence law, they were referred to the competent authority to take legal measures against them. Also during the campaign a Nepali expat was arrested for making indecent acts at passerby in Al Rai area.
