KUWAIT CITY, April 23: The Ministry of Interior continued its crackdown on residence violators and beggars resulting in arresting 21 residence violators from different regions of Arab and Asian nationalities. Meanwhile a female Arab beggar was arrested at a mosque and was not carrying any personal identification records. They have been referred to the competent authority to take the necessary legal measures against them.
