KUWAIT CITY, April 29: An unidentified woman died when her house caught fire in Jabriya, reports Al-Rai daily. According to the sources, the woman died while trying to save her children from the fire. The causes of the fire and its circumstances are under investigation.

Meanwhile, fire broke out in the diwaniya of a house in Sabah Al- Salem area and spread to two nearby vehicles.

According to sources, when the Control Room of Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD) received information about the diwaniya on fire, firefighters rushed to the location with securitymen and paramedics. They discovered that the fire had engulfed the diwaniya and spread to two nearby vehicles. After evacuating the Kuwaiti family from the house, they extinguished the fire.
