KUWAIT CITY, May 29: Five people — four Kuwaitis and an Egyptian — have been remanded to police custody until investigations are completed in the death of a Kuwaiti in the Diwaniya in a suburb of Sabah Al-Ahmed, reports Al-Anba daily.The daily added, when the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior received information on the incident, paramedics and police rushed to the Diwaniya and saw the man in a pool of blood. The five men, one of them the brother of the victim, who were inside the Diwaniya with the victim have been arrested on suspicion of murder.3-year jail upheld: The Court of Appeals has upheld the verdict of a lower court and sentenced a tweeter, identified only as S.M., to three years imprisonment with hard labor for publishing a derogatory statement about HH the Amir, reports Al-Rai daily.
