Umm Talal will not be seen on screen during ‘Ramadan’

KUWAIT CITY, April 14: Wellknown and most loved artiste Suad Abdullah will not be seen on the screen during this Ramadan, reports Al-Anba daily. The absence of the ‘Cinderella of the Gulf Screen’ is attributed to the current situation the country and the world are passing through – the Covid- 19 pandemic. This is in addition to her lack of conviction of the dramatic works that have been presented to her.

Suad Abdullah in the past has appeared in distinctive works which dealt with social and humanitarian issues, the latest of which was the series ‘Hali Paradise’, which was presented last Ramadan. ‘Umm Talal’ prefers to ‘sit at home’ if she finds the character she plays is not suitable and would return to the screen at the right time.
