Traffic police jailed for parking the police vehicle at the gate of the Adan Hospital

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 17: The Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, Major- General Ibrahim Al-Tarrah has ordered the detention of two Ahmadi police patrolmen for parking the police vehicle at the gate of the Adan Hospital, and blocking the path of the ambulances, reports Al-Anba daily. According to a security source, the patrolmen said they parked the vehicle in that way because they had received a report about a fight inside the hospital. However, the authorities feel that is not good enough justification.
Two cheat ‘royal’: Police have arrested two Egyptians for swindling a female member of the ruling family, identified only as Abeer, reports Al-Rai daily. The suspects reportedly convinced the victim to join their real estate business and ‘escaped’ with KD 580,000, Subsequently, a complaint was filed with a police station by the victim’s representative. The suspects were caught from two different places and handed over to the authorities.
