KUWAIT CITY, Sept 22: A total of ten adults of different nationalities as well as four children were caught begging in front of mosques in Farwaniya Governorate. According to security sources, officers from General Department for Residency Affairs, with the cooperation of Farwaniya Security Command, launched security campaigns against beggars in Farwaniya Governorate, during which they arrested ten adults of different nationalities and four children in front of mosques.
