Thief gets just KD 1 after breaking into Indian expats vehicle

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 20: An unknown individual broke the side glass of an Indian expatriate’s vehicle, which was parked in an open yard in Mangaf area, and stole KD 1, reports Al-Anba daily.
According to sources, blood was discovered in the vehicle, and DNA testing may contribute to identifying the thief. If caught, he will be sentenced to a minimum of seven-year imprisonment irrespective of the amount he stole. They indicated that the same thief had committed a similar crime in Abu Halifa where he stole KD 48 from another Indian expatriate’s vehicle
