Teen drowns at sea

KUWAIT CITY, July 6: A 19-year-old man died by drowning in the sea near the chalets area of Sabah Al-Ahmad City. When the Control Room of Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD) received information about the incident, marine rescue officers rushed to the location and rescued the victim from the sea. All attempts to revive him failed and he was pronounced dead.
