Police imposter robs Sri Lankan

KUWAIT CITY, April 3: A Sri Lankan has filed a complaint with the police accusing a ‘policeman’ of stealing KD 250 from him, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to a complaint filed by the victim with the Farwaniya Police Station, the suspect driving a four wheeler claimed he was a security man and ordered him to show his personal identification. He then robbed the money from the victim and drove off. A case of impersonation and robbery has been filed against the suspect.
Meanwhile, police are looking for two unknown persons for robbing a Bangladeshi man, born in 1982, working as a cleaner for a cooperative society in Abu Fatira, reports Al-Anba daily.
