Appeals Court denied Al-Quraifa’s release, set Sept 30 session for insult case.
KUWAIT CITY, Sept 8: The Court of Appeal has denied the request to release Musaid Al-Quraifa and scheduled a session for September 30 to hear arguments in the case of "insulting the position of the Amir." Previously, the Criminal Court sentenced Musaid Al-Quraifa to 4 years of hard labor for his involvement in the state security case related to insulting the position of the Amir and disseminating false information.
