She said the procedures enable the employer to complete any transaction and pay fees from anywhere and at any time through the ‘easier’ service, stating that the salary certificate is issued automatically in which case the employer, or the authorized signatory or the company representative must visit the Labor Inspection Department, the payroll department, to complete formalities.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health has postponed sending Kuwaiti patients overseas for treatment to several countries due to the spread of coronavirus, reports Al- Anba daily. The decision is taken in the best interest and safety of the citizens. The Kuwaiti health office in Paris has informed the Ministry of Health not to send patients until further notice due to the corona virus.

Meanwhile, the ministry on its own has taken a decision not to send patients to South Korea and Italy also until further notice. The health office in London has informed the ministry that it should send medical reports along with the patients and the accompanying relatives that they are free from the virus before they set out for treatment.

The Ministry of Health has issued a declaration that the patients and those accompanying them pledge to remain fully aware and take all precautionary measures that the ‘country of treatment’ demands in accordance with the established health regulations
