Kuwaiti citizen and a Bedoun possession of ‘Kabti’ drugs

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 20: A Kuwaiti citizen and a Bedoun man were arrested in Saad Al-Abdullah area in possession of ‘Kabti’ drugs, drug paraphernalia, a knife and a luxury watch worth KD 10,000. According to security sources, Jahra securitymen were patrolling Saad Al-Abdullah area when they suspected a vehicle and ordered the driver to pull over.

They checked the identification documents of the driver to discover he is a Kuwaiti citizen while his passenger is a Bedoun. They checked the vehicle and found ‘Kabti’ drugs, drug paraphernalia, a knife and a luxury watch worth KD 10,000. They confessed that they stole the watch from a shop. Necessary action was taken against them and they were referred to the concerned authorities.

Meanwhile, two Kuwaitis and a wanted Syrian expatriate who is involved in a criminal case were arrested in possession of cigarettes stuffed with hashish and other drugs on Salmi Road.
