KUWAIT CITY, Feb 01: The Philippine International English School(Fahaheel) including the Academic Faculty, the Students and their Parents address a message to the Filipino Minister of Labour and Employment and his Delegation whom are visiting Kuwait today informing them that the conditions of the Filipino community in Kuwait are positive and good, and also assuring them that the Filipino community enjoys its full rights and freedoms in this lawful country and under the leadership of its Humanitarian Amir.
