FBC Centennial Badminton tourney enters 2nd week

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 18: The Filipino Badminton Committee in Kuwait (FBC) Centennial Badminton tournament sponsored by Al Muzaini Exchange Company, Bangs Hair Salon and AKO-OFW entered its second week as games went off to a running start with several thrilling matches. The elimination games continued to heat up on Friday at the Kuwait Disabled Sports Club in Hawally with veteran and amateur badminton players participating in the event.

Week 2 of the FBC 100th tourney saw more intense clashes in the courts and players continued to battle it out with the top teams from each category as they took big steps closer to the coveted title and advancing into the knockout stage next Friday.

FBC is inviting all badminton enthusiasts to join every Friday in the regular tournament from 8 am to 1 pm that includes the Winner-Take-All one day tournament.
