Expat Juvenile thief held

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 12: An expatriate juvenile was arrested for stealing the contents of vehicles that are parked near a commercial complex in Hawally area.

According to security sources, when Hawally Security Command received several complaints from Kuwaiti citizens and expatriates about the theft of the contents of their vehicles when they were parked in the premises of a commercial complex, Hawally Security Director Major General Abdeen Al-Abdeen formed a security team to observe the parking lot. During investigations, the officers noticed a person wandering around in the parking area of the commercial complex.

They kept a tab on him and noticed him breaking the glass of a vehicle and opening the door to take the contents of the vehicle. The officers immediately caught him and checked his details to discover he is an Arab national. When interrogated, he confessed to stealing from many vehicles. He was arrested and referred to the Juvenile Prosecution for necessary legal action.
