KUWAIT CITY, March 25: Dozens of Kuwaitis and their families stranded at the Saudi-Kuwaiti land borders have appealed to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Anas Al-Saleh to allow them enter the country through land ports, following the decision issued a few days ago to close the land border between the two countries, reports Al-Anba daily.
They affirmed the decision to close the land borders was sudden and did not give them sufficient time to arrange their travel and return to the country. They pointed out that the majority of those stranded at the border are families including women, children and the elderly.
