KUWAIT CITY, May 29: An unidentified toddler who was reportedly found abandoned by the parents near a mosque in Salhiya has been referred to the Amiri Hospital for medical care, reports Al-Rai daily. In the meantime, detectives have been tasked with identifying the parents of the child.
