Manhole covers and other stolen items found in the Bangladeshi’s half-lorry.

KUWAIT CITY, April 7: Police have arrested a Bangladeshi man for stealing manhole covers, reports Al- Rai daily. A security source said a police patrol on routine duty suspected the man riding a half lorry and when police ordered him to pull over, he obeyed, but left behind the vehicle and escaped on foot.

Police chased and arrested the man and found in the half lorry manhole covers reportedly stolen. The source said the Ministry of Public Works had filed several complaints with the police accusing unidentified persons of stealing manhole covers from Dasman.
