RIYADH, Aug 27: The second round of the Saudi Premier League continues with several exciting matches. Al-Hilal plays its first home game of the season in the capital, hosting Damak, who began its campaign with a home loss to Al-Khaleej. Al-Hilal aims to build on its strong start to the season, having won the Saudi Super Cup and secured a 3-0 victory in its league opener at Al-Akhdoud Stadium. The match will take place at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Sports City Stadium in Riyadh.

Meanwhile, Al-Ettifaq welcomes Al-Akhdoud to its home ground. Al-Ettifaq is looking for back-to-back wins after its impressive opening victory against Al-Shabab, while Al-Akhdoud hopes to bounce back from a 3-0 defeat to Al-Hilal. In Mecca, Al-Wehda hosts Al-Orobah, with both teams eager to secure their first win of the season. Al-Wehda played to a 3-3 draw with Riyadh in the opening round, while Al-Orobah fell 2-0 to Al-Ahli Jeddah.

The second round concludes on Thursday, with Al-Riyadh hosting Al-Khulud. Al-Riyadh eyes first victory after drawing with Al-Wehda in the previous round. Al-Khulud narrowly missed out on a historic point in the Saudi League, losing to Al-Ittihad in the dying moments.

Additionally, two matches will be played simultaneously. The first will feature Al-Ittihad Jeddah against Al-Taawoun, with both teams looking to maintain their winning start to the season. The second match will see Al-Shabab visiting Al-Khaleej, as Al-Shabab searches for its first win after losing at home to Al-Ettifaq in the opening round.
