KUWAIT CITY, Oct 8: The Ministry of Interior has intensified its efforts to combat drug-related issues and safeguard the community from their associated dangers. In a recent operation, the Criminal Security Sector, through the General Administration for Drug Control, successfully raided a barn in the Al-Kabd area. During this raid, authorities apprehended three individuals residing in the country illegally.
These suspects were found in possession of three kilograms of hashish, three kilograms of a chemical substance, two kilograms of crystal meth, and one thousand capsules of Lyrica. Additionally, a sum of money believed to be the proceeds from drug sales was seized. The suspects have since been referred to the Public Prosecution for the necessary legal proceedings.
The Ministry of Interior has reiterated its commitment to enforcing the law with diligence and seriousness to ensure the security of the nation.
