2 new cases of coronavirus infection detected in Kuwait – Total 58

KUWAIT CITY, Mar 05: The Kuwait Ministry of Health in its daily briefing told that in last 24 hrs there has been 2 new cases of infection due to coronavirus recorded in Kuwait, hence the total number of infected in Kuwait is 58.

The two cases were transferred to the hospital, and the World Health Organization was informed about these two cases, and they were being held in quarantine,” said Dr. Buthaina Al-Mudhaf, assistant undersecretary of public health affairs.
Al-Mudhaf denied any infection about Egyptian community in Kuwait.

The ministry’s spokesperson, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, said that all those infected with Coronavirus are receiving care in a hospital affiliated with the Ministry of Health.
The quarantine period is 14 days, and it is calculated from the date of the last contact with an infected person.
