KUWAIT CITY, Aug 4: The traffic police have arrested a young Kuwaiti, who is believed to be in his 20s, for reckless driving. He was caught in the suburb of Doha, reports Al-Rai daily. According to the daily, when the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior received reports that a motorist was driving recklessly and making stunts with his vehicle police patrols rushed to the spot, surrounded the motorist and arrested him. He has been detained at the General Traffic Department, and his vehicle has been impounded.
