Weather partly cloudy, cool at night

KUWAIT, Nov 16 (KUNA) — The Meteorological Department of the General Directorate of Civil
Aviation (DGCA) announced Friday that the weather is partly cloudy.
The winds are moderate to active SE to NE with speeds of 12-40 kilometers per hour, with the chance of sporadic occasional rain, DGCA said on its official website.
The weather at night is relatively cool with chances to be foggy in some areas, it added.
