Two killed, 19 hurt in Abdally accident

KUWAIT CITY, June 28: A bus transporting Asian laborers collided with a heavy duty vehicle along Abdally Motorway, resulting in the death of two Asians and injuries to 19 others. Securitymen and paramedics on board 14 ambulances and an air ambulance rushed to the location after the Operations Unit in the Interior Ministry received information about the accident.

When the rescuers arrived at the scene, they found two Asians died on the spot and their bodies were referred to Forensics; while the injured – three are in serious condition – were taken to Jahra Hospital. A case was registered and investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances leading to the accident.
