Syrian accused of swindling Kuwaiti citizen of KD 12,000

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 26: A Kuwaiti has filed a complaint against a Syrian who allegedly swindled him by taking KD12,000 from him in order to open a coffee shop only to disappear later and his mobile phone has been switched off. The Kuwaiti disclosed in his complaint that the accused claimed to be experienced in this field in order to gain his trust. He then provided police with a detailed description of the suspect. A case was registered and Investigation is ongoing to arrest the suspect
