Suspect sought in molestation bid on a minor girl

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 9: The Jahra Public Prosecution Office is looking into the case of an indecent attempted assault on a minor girl which happened in the suburb of Jahra, reports Al-Anba daily. The case is filed under No. 55/2021 and the Jahra investigation men have been tasked with arresting the man and bringing him in for interrogation. The suspect who lives in Jahra, Block 4 has been charged with luring the girl, born in 2011, and attempting to molest her.

The father of the victim confirmed he personally saw the CCTV footage of the cameras that are installed in front of his house showing the offender putting his hand on his daughter’s shoulder and talking to her. Meanwhile the security sources said, the Egyptian, born in 1981 has been sought in this connection. The video clip showing the offender approaching the girl at half past five in the afternoon has been submitted to the area police station.
