Sibi George likely to be new Indian ambassador to Japan

KUWAIT CITY, July 13: Indian Ambassador to Kuwait HE Sibi George is likely to be appointed as the new Ambassador of India to Japan. The Indian media reports, said Ambassador Sibi George will replace the Indian envoy to Japan Sanjay Kumar Verma, who will be the next Indian Ambassador to Canada. However, this has not been officially confirmed. The report did not also make a mention of the new Indian ambassador to Kuwait.

Ambassador Sibi George, who set a new benchmark for the Indian embassy here in Kuwait, was well received by both the Indian community and the Kuwaiti citizens.
