‘Sheikha’ abused, car vandalized

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 27: A female member of the ruling family accompanied by the Saudi husband has filed a complaint with the Adan Police Station accusing 3 unidentified young men of abusing her and damaging her 2016 model luxury car following a dispute over car parking right, reports Al-Anba daily.
The Sheikha said she was initially involved in a dispute with an elderly man in front of a restaurant in Funaitees and the suspects instead of helping solve the problem, damaged her car, hurled abuses at her and drove off. The Sheikha has provided police the details of their car.
Meanwhile, a 27-year-old woman, whose identity has not been disclosed, has filed a complaint with the Salmiya police accusing an unidentified person of swindling her, reports Al-Anba daily. In her complaint, the woman said she received a phone call and a man at the other end congratulated for KD 20,000 prize. He then asked for her bank account number and pin number and a little while later she received an SMS message from the bank that KD 600 had been withdrawn from her account.
