The authority stated in a statement that through the surveys, it was noticed that relatively few numbers died on each coast, ranging between 6 to 260 fish and limited only to the type of fish ( Giant catfish-Arius thalassinus), pointing to the high total ratios of the numbers of these fish on the coasts Shuwaikh area to 115 sqmtrs fish, Sulaibikhat 120 sqmtrs and 320 sqmtrs in Doha.

The surveys concluded that there are cases of deaths in the coasts on which the rain exits are located, and on which wastewater is discharged, indicating that these coasts are affected by wastewater that leads to a marked decrease in the quality of sea water, and confirmed that it will complete the follow-up of environmental conditions in bay of Kuwait during the coming days.
