Reckless driver who collided with two vehicles arrested

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 14: The General Traffic Department took legal measures against the reckless driver who appeared on video clip which crashed into two vehicles endangering his life and lives of others. Several violations were issued against him and the vehicle was impounded by the traffic department.
