Reckless driver arrested, vehicle impounded

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 5: The Ministry of Interior arrested a person for driving his vehicle recklessly endangering his life and life of others. He was referred to the competent authorities to take necessary legal measures. The vehicle has been impounded.
