Postman dumps registered mails in garbage

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 29: A postman who works for a company contracted by Kuwait Post to deliver mails was seen dumping a batch of “registered mails” into a garbage container, reports Al-Qabas daily. An activist and postal sector monitor posted pictures on his Twitter account of the registered mails that were dumped by the postman. He said the incident took place due to the lack of follow- up or control of the company’s work, revealing that a citizen collected registered mails and handed them over to the concerned post office, which did not monitor the work of the postman before and after the incident
