Ooredoo meets Kuwait Blind Association – We are continuously striving to find solutions to serve our handicapped customers: Al Alayoub

KUWAIT CITY Nov 6: Ooredoo, Kuwait’s fastest network for 2016, emphasized its support for the Kuwait Blind Association in a meeting attended by representatives from association, which included the President of the Kuwait Blind Associaiton, Fayez Al-Azmi, Treasurer of the Kuwait Blind Association, Mansour Al-Anezi, and Public Relations Manager of the Kuwait Blind Association, Adel Al-Rashidi.

A number of issues were discussed during the meeting which includes supporting the segments of society that lack services as well as Ooredoo’s continuous support in making sure that the needs of all society’s segments are met. A number of solutions were discussed to ensure that all obstacles facing handicapped customers are removed.  This support stems from the belief of Ooredoo as a community-based company in fulfilling the wants of its clients and its belief in enriching the community and helping it thrive.

Commenting on the meeting, Mijbil Alayoub, Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Ooredoo Kuwait said: “We are continuously striving to find solutions to serve our handicapped customers and to remove all obstacles in order to ease their experience. We thank the Kuwait Blind Association for their quick response, and this initiative reflects the commitment of both sides towards this important segment of society”.

It is worth mentioning that Ooredoo recently opened Marina Mall’s branch which is Ooredoo’s first handicapped-friendly branch, taking into consideration the entire customer experience of handicapped customers, with an accessible entrance and facilities placed specially to meet their needs.
