Obscene videos of ex-wife sent

KUWAIT CITY, May 14: The Misdemeanor Court presided over by Judge Bassam Al-Ghuwainam acquitted an individual who was accused of sending obscene videos to his ex-wife.

The Public Prosecution had leveled phone-misuse charges against the suspect for deliberately sending the offensive videos to his former wife.

The defense counsel Lawyer Mohammad Al-Qattan affirmed lack of incriminating evidences to prove his client had sent those videos. He said the Prosecution took into consideration the complaints of the plaintiff and the investigations of the investigating officer which were inconclusive.
