No exemption for residence violators and visit visa

KUWAIT CITY, Mar 26: The Assistant Undersecretary for Residence Affairs Major General Talal Marafi revealed all expats who have violated residence whether they have expired residence or visit visas have to pay fines during their departure.

Maarafi stated that until now there has been no ministerial decision to pardon violators of the residence law or over stayers of visit visa and all those who want to return to their country must pay the amounts due before going to the airport through the website of the Ministry of Interior or in the administration of ports at the airport this he revealed to Al Rai daily.
