Nasser Sports Center win Martyrs of Qurain tourney

KUWAIT CITY, June 24: Under the sponsorship of Attorney Al-Humeidi Badar Al-Subeie and in the presence of chairperson of Kuwait Football Association Sheikh Dr Talal Al-Fahad, Nasser Sports Center was crowned winner of the 23rd edition of the Martyrs of Qurain Football Tournament after defeating late Hussein Muhammad Al-Beloushi team in the final match.

The match, attended by a large crowd of supporters, saw a team not bearing the name of a Qurain martyr win the tournament for the first time.

Sheikh Talal Al-Fahad expressed gratitude and appreciation to the sponsors and organizing committee of the tournament. He noted the participation of everyone, including the crowd, was felt in reviving the days of Ramadan while commemorating the martyrs who made the ultimate sacrifice for the country.
