Municipality removes abandoned cars – Raid conducted in Friday Market

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 2: Public Hygiene Supervisor at Kuwait Municipality Faihan Al-Mutairi disclosed that officials of Hygiene Unit in Shuwaikh Industrial Area recently removed 17 abandoned vehicles in a campaign at the Friday Market, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

He explained the action was in response to a complaint against space used in displaying used furniture. Department of Public Relations and Media at Kuwait Municipality affirmed determination of the Municipality to cooperate with the public by receiving complaints and suggestions via social media.

He added information received will be passed to concerned authorities for necessary action. Director of Public Hygiene and Road Usage at Capital Municipality Meshal Al-Azemi assured the public that inspectors have laid down plans to follow-up complaints in curbing the rate of undesirable scenarios.
