Motul partners with Kuwaiti champion for impressive run in Drift Series

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 14: AL-SAYER Engineering, a subsidiary of AL-SAYER Holding sponsored the Kuwaiti drift Champion Ali Maksheed as part of the partnership agreement for Motul oil their franchise brand of lubricants from France, which was signed recently. The partnership comes as a title sponsor featuring Motul logos on Ali Maksheed’s customized and fine-tuned drift racing car Toyota FT 86 along with supply of high performance Motul racing oil for the competitions.
Technologically advanced for all types of engines
Motul is a world-class French company specialized in the formulation, production and distribution of high-tech engine lubricants. It is the first lubricant manufacturer to use the ester technology for the formulation of its 100% synthetic car oils by capitalizing on an innovation first invented for the aeronautical industry.
Ali Maksheed was one of the top performers in Red Bull Car Park Drift Series Final which was held at SIRBB Circuit Kuwait recently. Ali had topped the leaderboard among the three drifters from Kuwait who participated in the local qualifier. The local Kuwaiti competitor impressed the judges to win the King of Smoke title.
On this occasion AL-SAYER members including Bader Faisal Al Sayer Deputy Manager Advertising & Promotion, Krishna Kumar Raghuveeran General Manager AL-SAYER Commercial Engineering, Vivek Kohli Senior Manager Oil, Paint and Garage Equipment, Mohammad Nasimi Senior Manager After Sales Marketing and Motul representatives Pankaju Sharma General Manager and Raja Slieman abou Reslan Business Development manager invited Ali Maksheed to Motul Center at Canada Dry Street Shuwaikh to congratulate and handover specialist racing products from Motul.
According to Krishna Kumar General Manager AL-SAYER Engineering “AL-SAYER Group and Motul are pleased to partner with ambitious Kuwaiti youth and in this regard we wish Ali the best for future competitions. Being an official supplier to many of the racing teams, which includes the “Toyota Racing Division” and other leading European automobile manufacturers, Motul is collaborating with them to further technological development.”
Motul is present in many international competitions as official team supplier: MotoGP, Road racing, Trial, Enduro, Endurance, Superbike, Supercross, Rallycross, World Rally Championship, FIA GT, Le Mans 24 Hours, Spa 24 Hours, Le Mans Series, rally raid, Paris-Dakar, F3, etc.
