MoH denies video – Stirring confusion

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 27: An official source in the Ministry of Health commented on a video showing a cleaner stamping birth certificates and said that the video is incomplete and dates back to more than 8 months, pointing out that some accounts tried to promote it as a new abuse by the Ministry of Health, reports Al-Rai daily.
The source explained that the official in charge of those certificates was sitting next to the worker, and gave him the document after printing from the computer, to put the stamp of accreditation, noting that the ministry notified the competent authorities in the Ministry of Health to prevent workers from doing such acts. The source added that some accounts in social media re-circulate old videos to stir confusion
