KUWAIT CITY, Oct 13: The Minister of Health may face legal problems due to an administrative error, reports Al- Shahed daily.
The daily quoting security sources an unidentified female employee working in the position of a manager was sent into retirement early, although according to the law retirement did not apply to her.
The civil service law No 101/2013 states the retirement of Kuwaiti and non-Kuwaiti doctors shall be at the age of 75 and the said manager should have been appointed as a counselor.
