Many Bangladeshis held trying to enter on ‘fake’ Indian passports

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 18: Several Bangladeshis have been arrested by the immigration officers for attempting to enter the country on forged Indian passports, reports Al- Shahed daily. The daily added, the suspects had earlier been deported from the country and when they produced their Indian travel documents, they turned out to be forged. Police then checked their baggage and found their original passports hidden in shoes. The men have been deported from the country.

Filipina robbed: A Filipino woman has filed a complaint with the Salmiya Police Station, accusing a male compatriot of breaking into her apartment, assaulting her and stealing her money, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, the man escaped with KD 560. She has submitted a medical report to substantiate her claim. Meanwhile, the owner of a café in Hawally, has filed a complaint with the Nugra Police Station accusing unidentified persons of breaking into the café and stealing KD 1,200, reports Al-Anba daily.
