Man robbed at knife-point

KUWAIT CITY, March 21: Police are looking for four unidentified persons for robbing a Kuwaiti youth of KD 160 at knife-point, reports Al-Anba daily. The youth in his complaint to the Al-Naeem Police Station in Jahra said he was in his car in the parking lot of the Jahra Cooperative Society.

The four men walked to him and demanded that he should hand over whatever money he has and warned him not to raise an alarm. The men then reached for his wallet and escaped leaving behind their expensive car.

Later police records showed the men were driving a stolen car. Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints to identify the culprits.

Meanwhile, two Kuwaitis engaged in a quarrel at a commercial complex in Hawalli due to former dispute, says Al-Seyassah. A team of securitymen was dispatched to the scene after the Operations Room had been notified about the incident. They managed to resolve the quarrel and referred the two citizens to the area police station for questioning. A case was registered.
