Mahboula liquor factory busted

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 5: Personnel from the General Department for Drugs and Alcohol Control recently raided an apartment in Mahboula and seized four Asians for turning one of the apartments in a residential building into a liquor factory, reports Al-Shahed daily. The daily quoting security sources said securitymen acting on a tip-off laid an ambush for the suspects and caught them in the act. During the raid police seized liquor manufacturing equipment and several bottles of booze ready for sale. The contraband and the bootleggers have been referred to the concerned authorities
