‘Kuwait’s anti-graft body to work with GCC counterparts’

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 14, (KUNA): Kuwait Anti- Corruption Authority is willing to work with other GCC entities to reinforce justice and equality in the region, said an official here Saturday. After his meeting with Executive of the Saudi National Anti-Corruption Authority (NAZAHA) Dr Salem Al-Farhan, head of the Kuwaiti authority Justice Abdulrahman Al- Nemash said that it was important for Kuwait and Saudi Arabia to exchange expertize on the anti-corruption, noting that cooperation will lead to the reinforcement of the rule of law in the GCC region. He pointed out that the visit came after the Kuwaiti authority declared its financial disclosure statement which was approved by the executive, legislative, and judicial authorities.
