Kuwaiti unleashes dog on neighbor

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 2: AKuwaiti has filed a complaint with the Fintas Police Station accusing a neighbor of deliberately unleashing his dog and causing him harm, reports Al- Anba daily. The complainant has submitted a medical report showing dog bites on his body.

The compatriot neighbor has been summoned for interrogation. Meanwhile, two unidentified juveniles, who were seriously injured after their motorcycle skidded of the road in Adailiya, have been admitted to the Amiri Hospital, reports Al-Rai daily.

The daily added, the motorcycle did not carry a plate number and that it was not registered with the General Traffic Department. In another development, an unidentified female doctor has filed a complaint with the police accusing her colleague who works with her at a polyclinic in the Ahmadi governorate of insulting her, reports Al-Rai daily.
